HIV Care Directions

About: HIV Care Directions is a non-profit agency managed by the Area Agency on Aging.  The organization provides medical case management services to HIV-positive men, women and children by helping clients to connect to local social service agencies, medical services, housing and food resources, and other services.

Project: Installed Joomla and customized template.  Uploaded content and organized page structure.  Educated client on how to use Joomla.
